Very sad this dealership was sold to a conglomerate. The lack of energy and hospitality that we were used to with Scanlon Lexus is gone. Of all my experiences with Lexus, Infiniti and BMW dealerships, t The lack of energy and hospitality that we were used to with Scanlon Lexus is gone. Of all my experiences with Lexus, Infiniti and BMW dealerships, this is the most unacceptable. I actually felt as though I were in a mediocre Chevrolet dealership. We had planned on purchasing another RX, but will absolutely not do so since Lexus has replaced an excellent V6 engine with a 4 cylinder turbo??? Just one customer’s opinion. Or, is it? More
