There was a chip in the windshield plus the heads up display didn’t work. When the vehicle was delivered, the wheels were covered with dirt. Consumer be ware of dealer service department. They push to have you file insurance claims for ridiculous amounts like $15,000 yes that was amount . I have been with them for years and will never go back Also put in claim with NCDS against Lexus and dealership. This is my first bad review of any dealership. Choose wisely More
