After extensive research and going to many of the Lexus dealers on Long Island. I was told the price I received from Richard would never happen. Well today I picked up my car. It is everything I expected a dealers on Long Island. I was told the price I received from Richard would never happen. Well today I picked up my car. It is everything I expected and more. Richard spent a great deal of time with me and handled the transaction from the moment I walked into the showroom as a true professional. He was not high pressure nor did he ever at anytime try to upsell me. In fact as a sale professional myself he treated me as I always treat my clients. It was the most pleasurable experience I have ever had at an auto dealership. More

I always ask for John when my car is in for service. I make sure I don't get Nicole. I've never waited for more than an hour or else they will give a loaner car.
