This is not the way you treat a returning customer purchasing a 60k car. More

So when I am speak with another Man or supposedly responsible adult and I tell them I live 2 hours away and I would really appreciate it if they were as truthful as possible about the potential outcome of leaving with a newer vehicle. Especially after I disclosed all negative items that may be a show stopper. For future reference how about gathering as much information from the potential buyer over the phone as possible. So you can find out if there may be any issues show stopper before they arrive and waste half of their day. Bad dealers make it harder for everyone else.thank you KASIM for taking me away on Veterans day just one of my few days off for half the day. By the way traffic Getting back home was not enjoyable. I'd rather been home with my 3 girls. More

When negotiating the price, actually above their advertised price due to added features, I was asked if I realized I was shopping in a luxury dealership. Then I was told to get the best price, I would need to initial on an impromptu X he created and to give him a credit card or he couldn't negotiate (neither request was obliged). Completely unprofessional and archaic sales tactics. Go to a dealer that appreciates customers and handles women as equals. More

I initially contacted Dawn based on her rating on DealerRater and I’m glad I did. She was even better than her reviews said. At first my wife was undecided if she wanted the RX350 F-Sport or a different brand. So Dawn had us drive the vehicle and then spent a lot of time discussing the features of the vehicle with me and my wife. I know some will say it is part of her job, but in my opinion she went above and beyond of what she had to. She was a pleasure to work with, extremely friendly and never tried to push the vehicle on us.. I also worked with Dean Coleman in finance and he was also great. Not pushy at all and explained the different programs and their benefits. When I said I wasn't interested in anything additional he didn't use any of the typical finance department “scare tactics” that I am so tired of. He asked me a few more questions and then simply thanked me for at least letting him explain what was available. Walking around the showroom and service department all of the employees seemed very friendly and pleasant. I'm very happy I decided to purchase the vehicle here. I would highly recommend Lexus of Rockville Centre and don’t forget to ask for Dawn Morris and Dean Coleman in finance when you’re ready to sign the paperwork. Both very nice people to work with. She met head on my very rigid leasing terms because she was intent on seeing me shift from being a satisfied Hyundai owner (I also own an Audi currently as well) to being part of the Lexus experience. She was able to ensure that her dealership provided me with the financial deal that was exceptional. This new car is for my wife. In addition to stressing the luxury features, quality ride and performance, Dawn was able to provide my wife with a comfort factor of being able to rely on her and her dealership for needs as simple as getting a car wash or figuring out how to use a feature of the new ES350 we leased. Dawn demonstrated top quality customer skills and was extremely knowledgeable about the entire Lexus family of vehicles. Very glad we are now a Lexus owner.
