Dealership is horrible the pricing was so crazy out of the ballpark! We had Molly Retinger as a sales rep she was not very nice and did nto care to sell a car. She quoted us 670.00 for an ES350 which was the ballpark! We had Molly Retinger as a sales rep she was not very nice and did nto care to sell a car. She quoted us 670.00 for an ES350 which was 100.00 more then any other dealer. She should be fired! She let us walk out without even trying to sell us a car or advise of the ES250 which we ended up purchasing from another dealer at 160.00 less the her pricing. The dealership folks are all very nasty! I would not recommed that dealer for the life of me! More

Johnathan-my sales Rep & Aramos-the sales manager were professional, extremely courteous and accommodating when it came to making a decision to move forward or not. I've been in sales for over 30 years, professional, extremely courteous and accommodating when it came to making a decision to move forward or not. I've been in sales for over 30 years, and what was refreshing is they both didn't act like salesmen. They had command and knowledge of the product-they showed confidence in their presentation, and more importantly made me feel like I was part of their family. I've had the car for more than 5 days and can not be more impressed with its performance and "super luxury feeling". So far so good....thank you guys for making it happen. P.S. Toni in Finance was awesome too...she is smart, knowledgeable and was very helpful. More

I leased a 2020 NX from Rockville Centre back in September 2019. I was really happy with how the vehicle handled. But, it was lacking the Android Auto feature which was a deal-breaker for me. Thei September 2019. I was really happy with how the vehicle handled. But, it was lacking the Android Auto feature which was a deal-breaker for me. Their sales team buttered me up and told me that of course the NX would be receiving the Android Auto in a future update. I bought their lies, and leased the car with them. Its been an entire year, and I have gone back to Rockville Centre multiple times since 2019. Every time, they told me the update was coming, but here's a work-around: the Scout-Link GPS app. Now in October 2020, Lexus discontinued the Enform App Suite 2.0 which basically killed my GPS app. I am stuck with a car, that has no smart features, in a lease I can't get out of for another two years. I would highly recommend NOT coming here to deal with these shady salepeople. More
