Michael Balletta is the Best but The Waiting Area is Not! I brought my 2020 Lexus NX to Lexus of Rockville Centre for its 10000 mile service and a NYS inspection. My service consultant was Michael Balletta wh I brought my 2020 Lexus NX to Lexus of Rockville Centre for its 10000 mile service and a NYS inspection. My service consultant was Michael Balletta who has been my service consultant for more than twenty years. As always, he was knowledgeable, concerned, and exceptionally easy to deal with. However, although my service experience was excellent from a mechanical point of view, I was disappointed, to say the least, in the lack of cleanliness of the customer waiting area. There were many signs up about mask-wearing but the floor had obviously not been swept recently since there were both a nitrile glove and other debris under the chair in front of me (at 8:15 in the morning) so I cannot imagine the last time the floor was washed and I’m sure the room had never been sanitized in any way! In this time of a serious pandemic, I am extremely distressed at this evident lack of concern. As a longtime Lexus owner who has always had my car serviced at the dealership, I am glad to have the opportunity to share these concerns with you. I expected much better. More
