Customer Experience My wife decided that it was time, after 16 years, to purchase a new vehicle, we’ve been Volvo owner since 1987 and naturally our first stop was at the My wife decided that it was time, after 16 years, to purchase a new vehicle, we’ve been Volvo owner since 1987 and naturally our first stop was at the Volvo dealership. and it appeared as though they had limited staff to attend to the customers who were waiting. After about 15 minutes we finally spoke with a sales representative We finally met with a member of the sales team, the vehicles we saw looked very impressive however the inventory was very limited. We left our name and contact and agreed to circle back later. We decided to drive a little further East and came upon the Lexus dealership, so we decided to see what they had available. First, the valet service was a welcome surprise. We then ventured into the showroom and within a few seconds Clement greeted us. After a few pleasantries we sat down and began a dialogue on the vehicles we saw in the showroom. The conversation then led the used vehicles that were available. After looking at several used vehicles we selected two to test drive. We then settled on the purchase of a 2016 RX350. We want to acknowledge the professionalism that Clement exhibited, his knowledge of the vehicles and the ease we felt in the decision we made on the vehicle we purchased. Although the time we spent at the dealership was lengthy we both left knowing that we made a superb decision. Based on our experience we can safely assume that the same professionalism translates to the service department and we hope that this will be the beginning of a long lasting relationship. More
