My trade in price on my previous Lexus could have been better but my 4 star rating is largely due to the price of your dealer installed options. Due to price I refused to buy all of these options except one. That option was body side molding. That option I considered absolutely essential. However, after negotiation with your Finance manager I still paid $550 for a factory installed option valued at approximately $200. More
