I have very tied schedule I had good service 2015. That’s why I came back to this location. This is the second time I had easy buying experience. Price was negotiated over the internet and they kept the promise without any ifs. When I arrived at Magnussen Fremont there was no surprice. Berney the sales person was great. Easy to work with. Also Magnussen had a technology expert to explain the some of the safety features after a week. Overall experience was good. No surprises in the Finance department too. Straight answers from Rick Choudry, Didnt feel the stress. My wife and kids loves the SUV RX350. Will buy it again from Magnussen Fremont. More

The facility is great and all employees are friendly, especially my sales rep - Tristan Yi. Tristan is knowledgeable and not pushy. He presented me all the options and explained to me pros and cons. It's a no pressure shopping experience and I enjoyed it very much. The reason I didn't give it a 5 stars is because of the finance department. I don't want to name names but he certainly can do better such as putting on a smile and analyzing pros and cons with warranty, instead of a condescending tone. More

I got a good car but service was horrible If I had not gotten a car with less miles than advertised, I would not have given them my business. I had to go there twice because the first time I w If I had not gotten a car with less miles than advertised, I would not have given them my business. I had to go there twice because the first time I went there, non of the salespeople talked to me. They ran past me to get to either white or asian couples so I left. I was there with a friend who was like lets go back since you found the car you like. I went back an hour later and the same treatment, so I was going to walk out and I saw one asian salesman Doan who might have been coming from the back who I stopped and asked for help. I was still pissed about the treatment but my sales guy was nice . He asked me if I wanted to go on a test drive and when I turned on th car, the mileage was 15k less than advertised. I had them verify that the mileage was accurate so my salesman got one of the easiest sales of the day. To that one salesman who looked at me and my friend and then decided to talk to the white couple ( who brought nothing) never judge a book by its cover. Its not like I went in there with sagging jeans or holding my crotch. To make matters worse , I had my financining through a credit union so I was set but thought I could put my downpayment on my credit card, they told me I could only put 2 k so I could bring a check back the next day for the remaining 6 k, well I realized that I had paid off a bill and I had an extra 2 k to put down so I brought a check for 8 k instead of 6. The finance manager looks at the check and then asks me if I have enough money in my account to cover the check! I guess we all as black people just come into a Lexus dealership writing bad checks. The only good part of this transaction was I went in looking at a car tha was three years with 30k miles advertised and ended up with a 3 year old car with 15 k original miles. More
