Dealership has always been good in my years of purchasing and returning for vehicle service. The following negativity has nothing to do with the staff, but Lexus as a foul, nickle and dime, xxxx of a company for their practices. Recently, the service department tried to charge me 400 plus dollars ( they did a service without my approval as well) for an issue that was likely as a result of receiving my car with a missing fuse when I bought it. 400+ for replacing a 5 dollar fuse. Long story short, one of the reps in the service department (Anita) was amazing. She showed great patience and displayed empathy l and understanding in my situation. She went above and beyond working past her shift to help resolve the issue. I love Lexus vehicles( plan on a future purchase) and out of principal of the situation I almost ended any future support. I highly appreciate her in the situation and stingy scummy Lexus (company not dealership) should be proud to have her on staff.
