First time I actually enjoyed buying a car. Yesenia Lopez and Carlos Toscano were very helpful, they took time to find what actually I wanted and kept always in communication. The purchase was without pressure and no push on buying X or Y thing. They worked on what I actually wanted and needed. The transition was transparent and clear, with all the paperwork provided at the moment and no hidden numbers. Definitely my next purchase will be another Lexus from here.

Dealership has always been good in my years of purchasing and returning for vehicle service. The following negativity has nothing to do with the staff, but Lexus as a foul, nickle and dime, xxxx of a company for their practices. Recently, the service department tried to charge me 400 plus dollars ( they did a service without my approval as well) for an issue that was likely as a result of receiving my car with a missing fuse when I bought it. 400+ for replacing a 5 dollar fuse. Long story short, one of the reps in the service department (Anita) was amazing. She showed great patience and displayed empathy l and understanding in my situation. She went above and beyond working past her shift to help resolve the issue. I love Lexus vehicles( plan on a future purchase) and out of principal of the situation I almost ended any future support. I highly appreciate her in the situation and stingy scummy Lexus (company not dealership) should be proud to have her on staff.

The Internet salesperson I dealt with is two-faced. When getting internet price quotes from Putnam Lexus, the same salesperson gave me two price quotes on two similar cars. The first price quote explained the details, and salesperson told me to make an appointment when I'm ready. The second email from the same person used slimy sales tactics (get in-store today or no deal) to try to high pressure me to close the deal as soon as possible without even having looked at the car. Therefore, buyer beware when dealing with sales here. Understand their sales strategies and tactics, and move at your pace, not theirs.
