Condescending, sexist and rude. He was condescending to my wife, saying I am the one paying for the car. No - both are working professionals and she pays too! It was sexist. When I told him she will test drive & he can take her Drivers license, he said - no, i will take yours, there is a reason. What can that be? When she was the one who drove. Is he thinking women can't pay for their cars? And when I visited a week later, I said I forgot his name and apologized and asked for introduction, he kicked me in the leg - and said it is just playful, I am not amused. I am Indian and i take offense when someone kicks me in my knee. I made the decision not to buy from this Lexus dealership purely based on this person's behavior. More

Excellent Car Purchase Experience with Eric Da Silva I had a bad car purchase experience when I bought my first car. So, when it was time to purchase another one, I really dreaded it. I didn't want to I had a bad car purchase experience when I bought my first car. So, when it was time to purchase another one, I really dreaded it. I didn't want to have to deal with aggressive sales people again. I decided to pay a visit to Magnussen Lexus as I already knew I wanted an RX350. Luckily, Eric was available to help me. He explained details of the car, differences between lease and purchase, and the types of RX350 that were available. I went on a few test drives with Eric and decided on one I liked best. I'm so glad Eric has changed my mind, purchasing a car CAN be a pleasant experience. Eric was patient and kind. I didn't feel pressured at all. Eric also helped with a few requests I made after the purchase, which shows he really cares about his customers. I ran into Eric recently while my car was being serviced. I told him how happy I am he is still working there because I may be looking to purchase another car soon and I will most definitely work with Eric only! More
