Great Customer Service My service rep, Arnold Stovall, is kind, knowledgeable and thorough. He explains all the details on the work order. And if I’m on a time crunch, he gets me a loaner as soon as possible which is usually very quick. If I decide to stay at the facility, there are 2 areas with a television and comfortable chairs, a separate room with 2 recliners, a separate room with toys for young kids and complimentary coffee (plain and flavored). Plus, there is a short trail behind the facility if I want to get my exercise on. Magnussen Lexus is also near a lot of great shops. More

Outstanding customer service I always wanted to be part of the Lexus car owner. Today 10/06/2018 at the Fremont Lexus dealer, we met this sales gentlemen whom he called himself S I always wanted to be part of the Lexus car owner. Today 10/06/2018 at the Fremont Lexus dealer, we met this sales gentlemen whom he called himself Shane. Mr. Shane had made my dream come true that i was able to take the car i love home without any doubt. I and my husband was very impressed with his outstanding customer service. We got only 12 minutes to look around the car before they close but Mr. Shane just took his time and answered all the questions patiently. He even stayed back by showing the cars that we were interested because he knows we drove all the way from Moraga to Fremont. He just throws all these knowledge you need to know about the cars which was amazingly helpful for us since we didn’t research much like other people do before buying it. We will definitely stick to Fremont Lexus dealership for our next Lexus car in the future, and no doubt that Mr. Shane will be our future sales person. Purchase went smoothly, finance took long time I visited Magnussen Lexus and found that the salesman, Gabe Hernandez, who sold me a RX330 in 2004 was still working there. I made an appointment wit I visited Magnussen Lexus and found that the salesman, Gabe Hernandez, who sold me a RX330 in 2004 was still working there. I made an appointment with Gabe. He showed us some SUVs and we test drove one. Gabe then spent a lot of time working with us to find the car we wanted which was at another dealership. Gabe arranged for the car to be shipped to Magnussen. We agreed on price, etc and here is where it took a long time. The Finance manager was busy with other customers and we would have a several hour wait as only one finance person on duty. I left and came back the next morning but the "paperwork" was still not done so it took longer than I wanted to complete the transaction. More
