Fabian was professional, patient, and extremely accommodating throughout the entire process. I tend to ask a lot of questions and like to fully understand everything before making a decision, and he never made me feel rushed or pressured. He took the time to work with his manager to help negotiate a fair purchase price and a better interest rate, which I truly appreciated. What stood out most was his level of customer service. At one point, I had to leave mid-negotiation to pick up my child from school. When I returned, not only did Fabian pick up right where we left off seamlessly, but another member of the team, who wasn’t even assisting me, ran to open the door for us. That kind of attentiveness really speaks to the overall culture of the dealership. The only area for improvement would be the detailing of the vehicle at delivery. While it may have been completed, there was still some noticeable dust in the air vents and white splash marks in the trunk. Overall, Fabian made this one of the smoothest and least stressful car-buying experiences I’ve had. Because of him, I would absolutely return and will be recommending him to friends and family. More
