Disappointed when I went with my wife for a 40k service, and they tried to sell an alignment as part of "their" 40k service. It's no longer what's necessary for these routine services, it's what they want and they tried to sell an alignment as part of "their" 40k service. It's no longer what's necessary for these routine services, it's what they want to do at $200 an hour. You would never align a car with 40k miles and the original tires, total ripoff. If I wasn't there the wife wouldn't have known any better, and it would have added $200 to the cost. Then they tried to sell us a new set of tires, that they never gave us an out the door price, but of course they always align the car when they put on a new set of tires. How ironic! More
