Service manager needs a better communication and use the common sense when a car looks custom and having different wheels. I took my Lexus is300 2005 to get an alignment. Well it took the all for him to tel common sense when a car looks custom and having different wheels. I took my Lexus is300 2005 to get an alignment. Well it took the all for him to tell me the car was lowered and after market suspension and they couldn’t do it. The car was dropped off 8am and pick up at 4pm and nothing was done. I picked it up right way to took it to tire works and it was done in 1/2 an hour and they did a great job. More
