My service advisor David Torrella is Awesome. He kept me updated, on the repairs that were needed, and what they would cost. Once again, I still have not received any "Video" to review to see what, if anything, was diagnosed. I had requested this of Walter now on (2) separate occassions. On 6/26/25, I was charged $614.97 review to see what, if anything, was diagnosed. I had requested this of Walter now on (2) separate occassions. On 6/26/25, I was charged $614.97 (Diagnostic $550 + Shop Fee $59.95(duct tape) + tax. This was based on the final resolution of replacing (2) hoses. 6/30/25 charged $46.76 for hose parts. Upon checkout, Walter provided me with a 5-page Multi-Point Inspection Report Action Plan & Service Estimate. (I had asked Walter what additional services they recommended). Everything on the report was highlighted Green=Passing. So there were No recommended services at this time. This for a car that required $550 in Diagnostic Charges??? Needless to say, this experience has left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. My family is a Lexus family. My daughter owns an IS350 Sport, my son an ES350. Needless to say, they were both shocked at the lack of service & expertise I received at the Henderson (7736 Eastgate Road) Lexus dealership. My daughter, who lives in Glendale, even spoke to her Service Consultant, and he apologized to me for this lack of expert service & care. It’s disheartening to see such a lack of professionalism and care in a service department that is supposed to represent a reputable dealership. In summary, my experience at the Henderson (7736 Eastgate Rd) Lexus dealership service department was appalling. I highly recommend that anyone who has heard my story seek assistance elsewhere. Saving themselves the frustration and disappointment — I certainly wish I had. More

This dealership has gone down hill in service and in general. It feels more transactional now than genuine.
