Disappointing Service Experience at Lexus of Henderson, I arrived on time for my scheduled service appointment, but I was left waiting for an hour. I had selected a loaner vehicle online in advance because I arrived on time for my scheduled service appointment, but I was left waiting for an hour. I had selected a loaner vehicle online in advance because I needed to get to work while the dealership serviced my Lexus. Despite making these arrangements ahead of time, the process was frustrating and unnecessarily time-consuming. To make matters worse, I was quoted nearly $1,000 for my 60,000-mile service, even though I have extended coverage that I understood included this service at no additional cost. I should not have to deal with unexpected charges or spend my time questioning whether the coverage I purchased is being honored. I expected much better from a dealership carrying the Lexus name. Customers schedule appointments to save time and plan their day, not to wait nearly an hour after arriving on time or be presented with a substantial bill for a service they believe is already covered. My experience with Scott Crockett and the service department was extremely disappointing. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves appointment handling, communication, and transparency regarding service coverage and pricing. I expect a level of professionalism and customer service that reflects the Lexus brand, and unfortunately, that was not my experience. More

I recently had my vehicle serviced at Lexus of Henderson, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. While the mechanic was very detailed and thorough in inspecting my vehicle, the service depart and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. While the mechanic was very detailed and thorough in inspecting my vehicle, the service department overlooked the fact that my battery was still under warranty and needed to be replaced. Because of this oversight, I had to make another trip back to the dealership just to have the battery swapped out, resulting in hours of unnecessary waiting and wasted time. Additionally, my service advisor did not provide the level of customer service I have come to expect from Lexus. Compared to the gentleman who assisted me during my previous visit, the difference in professionalism, attentiveness, and overall customer care was noticeable. As a Lexus customer, I expect better communication, attention to detail, and respect for my time. Having to return for something that should have been identified and addressed during my initial visit was frustrating and inconvenient. I hope Lexus of Henderson takes this feedback seriously and works toward improving its service department’s customer experience. Lexus is a premium brand, and its customer service should reflect that standard. More
