It was very positive. Everyone was very courteous and attentive. I described the problem and left the car for evaluation. I described a buzzing noise coming from the engine compartment. The report was that I had an inappropriate battery that was causing the problem. I said that the problem existed prior to my replacing the battery, but as this was the diagnosis, I felt I had no choice but to proceed as recommended. After replacing the battery I picked up the car and the buzzing sound was still apparent, so I left it for further evaluation. Subsequently, the service department decided that it required insulation on certain areas that were causing the problem. Apparently, replacing an almost new battery at just under $400 was unnecessary and had nothing to do with the problem. We really appreciate the loan vehicle while completing the repairs. More
