I felt abused by your process. Costs $180 to determine problem I already knew about. Fee not waived unless you performed the work. Which is fine but your prices are double the going rate and your parts fee was also double. Unfortunately for me, had I had the same part replaced 13th a ago by someone else, it would have still been under warranty. Your fee of $700+ was to replace a blower motor which frankly, given the right tools, I could have done myself in less than 30 min. Bloated costs all the way around. I was given a vehicle to drive which was very nice but I don’t think if I had refused the loaner, my price would have been reduced. I like working with Tyler but Jayce, not so much. It was difficult getting complete answers through his texts. More
