The dealership is very helpful and tries to accommodate. The only but major issue is their pricing in the service department. They wanted to install a new battery so they could analyze the problem. Since i had a new battery installed about 8 months ago by AAA they would replace the battery (pro-rata) for $113.00 but the dealership wanted $350,00 for a new battery. They finally said that we needed a new altinator (sp?). Their cost for installing a new one was in excess of $1600,00. Yikes! More

The dealership told me my car would be ready by 3 PM. I drive two hours from St. George Utah to this dealership. Around 3 PM the dealership contacted me to let me know that my car would not be ready that I drive two hours from St. George Utah to this dealership. Around 3 PM the dealership contacted me to let me know that my car would not be ready that day. After much discussion and my concerns about having to drive two hours home and two hours back the next day the dealership decided they could complete the work on my car that day. It was very frustrating. More
