This feedback is concerning to receive, but we wanted to clear something up. In the end, there was no cost to you. Your total repair cost was $1952.16 and was fully covered by warranty. The $380.00 was a recommendation of service due and was deferred at this time. No maintenance was performed and is noted in your invoice copy. Best, Craig Kelly - Service Director - 702-228-7736

Hi I have a text and an invoice showing I would have to pay over $1200.00 not covered. I was told it was from a accident from a previous owner in 2017 and my warranty would not cover it. So I went to Toyota and they took care of it for free.
