Lexus Henderson never fails. Every service appointment with my cars (Lexus and Toyota), I get supreme excellent service from Dave and everybody else. Craig assisted with the recent transaction as well and another staff but I forgot his name. They are always attentive and transparent with issues, if any, timeline and solutions and pricing. This Lexus location is superior in customer service, that includes the receiving staff and goes to the service crew whom I never meet but always does on-point job and knows exactly how to diagnose and fix issues in the car/s, if any. I always feel safe driving my car knowing it’s been secured by Lexus service crew for safety on the road. I wouldn’t take my cars anywhere else. I have been coming to this location since 2016 and Dave has always taken care of me as a customer. The complimentary Lyft service is a great relief too whenever I need a ride since the Lexus loaner does not apply when I bring my Toyota for service. More
