Lexus of Henderson - Service Center

I am glad that I could get out. I felt they Talked down other certified mechanics, and I felt I got shamed treatment because I did not use Lexus. I never have used unlicensed unknown person to do anything on my car. Always used well known licensed business. This is probably the second time I am writing this kind of review about the place. I was thinking about buying a car for a moment. But they did not give me a space, just pressure. Mgr asked me why I changed my mind to consider a buying a car today. Maybe that was a reason…. I really felt not great going there anymore. I thought Lexus was a great car but my car is falling apart per their inspection 🤷‍♀️ More

My car was towed to Lexus of Henderson with a flat tire by mistake of the tow truck driver. I’m never surprised with how this service location always tries to squeeze every cent they can possibly get out o by mistake of the tow truck driver. This is the exact reason why I made my next Lexus purchases through Lexus of Las Vegas and will continue to do so. The level of service and consideration I’ve received at Lexus of Las Vegas could never be compared to my poor experiences with Lexus of Henderson.
