Communication is lacking between initial service person and the service writer. My needs were not translated. The service writer kept up with me via text. I was offered a ride home and back, but no loaner and the service writer. My needs were not translated. The service writer kept up with me via text. I was offered a ride home and back, but no loaner car. I had taken my car in to get re-keyed, but upon receipt of the car & key, the key fob had not been programmed. Very disappointing service. More
