This dealership is very polite and helpful. Always accommodating. We dropped our car for service, and was told It would take 1 1/2 hours to complete the service. We were hungry so the service rep help accommodating. We dropped our car for service, and was told It would take 1 1/2 hours to complete the service. We were hungry so the service rep helped us find a place to eat and a way to get there (as your location is in an industrial area). We will not go to any other Lexus dealer for our service needs.
