This dealership is very polite and helpful. Always accommodating. We dropped our car for service, and was told It would take 1 1/2 hours to complete the service. This dealer fixed my Timing cover, 6 months after I took it for maintenance check up & they found out that the timing cover still leaking & suggested to take it back to Lexus. I left the car at Lexus but th it for maintenance check up & they found out that the timing cover still leaking & suggested to take it back to Lexus. I left the car at Lexus but they wouldn’t even fixed it bec it’s a “seapage according to them. I will take it back again next month for ff -up. Is this the kind of service that you provide? I expect to be a quality job not a poor workmanship. Very poor service!!!!!!!!!!!! More
