On the positive side I was given a loaner car and told not to worry about filling the gas tank when we returned it. The negative side was the recall was supposed to take 4 hours but then I asked them to d not to worry about filling the gas tank when we returned it. The negative side was the recall was supposed to take 4 hours but then I asked them to do the 45000 mile check up which revealed that I needed a complete brake job which I then authorized. Then it came to pass that they couldn’t get new rotors for the rear brakes so they couldn’t do the complete job in the 6 days that we were going to be in Vegas. They did the recall and replaced the front brakes but not the rear brakes. The car was at the dealer for 6 days. The repair process also seemed to suffer because it seemed my Service manager was gone more often than not. Communication was mostly done by email. More
