The dealerships employees are fine !! I however think your policies are awful !!! I needed a new battery and my vehicle warranty had just ended its 4 yr a few months ago … however the battery says it’s your policies are awful !!! I needed a new battery and my vehicle warranty had just ended its 4 yr a few months ago … however the battery says it’s guaranteed for 84 months and I had to purchase a new battery … then was charged labor of over $100 for a. Job that took maybe 10 minutes to complete.. I contacted the service mgr and after a few emails I was able to get the money back from the labor …however was given the exact same battery with the same warranty for 84 months and told that it’s only good for 2 years then prorated each year there after… you should remove the warranty of 84 months because it is not true and false advertising!! I felt that I should not have been charged for anything!!! Then overcharged me for the labor!! My car has 20,000 miles and is 4 years old … I suggest you read my emails to Mr Kelly .. they will certainly clear up any questions you may have … Regards Diane Layton More

The service group is great to work with but they should think about bringing snacks and coffee back since many of us wait for our vehicles.
