Service team had my car towed on a Saturday after starter went out in my Lexus LS 430. Offered loaner vehicle after finding out the parts will take a few days to arrive which got my wife back and forth to went out in my Lexus LS 430. Very Accommodating When you drive up to Lexus, the guys receiving the car are very fast and courteous. James then Shows my wife and I to the waiting area letting us know what snacks and drinks are available. After servicing complete, James came and got us sat down in his office. Explain everything that was done to my vehicle and was very open to any questions. Lexus has a nice very nice waiting area With much to do so you're not bored. I had a small scratch on my door handle and James had it polished out quickly and easily after I noticed that I hadn't seen it there before. More
