They lost my original center caps for my vehicle after having the brakes serviced among other items and they failed to secure the new center caps and I almost lost them for failure to tighten the replace having the brakes serviced among other items and they failed to secure the new center caps and I almost lost them for failure to tighten the replacements. Makes me wonder about the rest of the service if they couldn't do this simple task TWICE blaming the original failure on being an older vehicle. But I doubt you care. I had an appointment but for some reason I was put in as a walk-in.
