I had my 2019 ES300H in for its 20,000 mi service and I had my 2019 ES300H in for its 20,000 mi service and ordered the highest level of extras which included full interior and engine detailing. I also I had my 2019 ES300H in for its 20,000 mi service and ordered the highest level of extras which included full interior and engine detailing. I also asked for research for possible warranty coverage for a cosmetic defect on the drivers side center pillar. In addition, I had a cosmetic repair for my rims which I scratched when I short turned into a curb. This was my second time. Maybe I should have bought the coverage that I was offered when I bought the car. Anyway, the quality of service and friendliness of staff and yes the professionalism I experienced were more than excellent. The craftsmanship on the wheels was so good that it was invisible and the interior detailing was also invisible, which is a good thing. Some independent shops they leave excess conditioner which leaves “grease” spots. Finally, the service department was very generous and courteous with respect to the loaner I was given. Overall, this was an exceptional experience and I will be coming back .... every time. More
