My service had a lot hiccups after a transmission oil change and a regular maintenance service on a Sat. I was told the car was done. I take the car off the lot and my enigine light comes on. I turned back around, very concerned about my check engine light coming on, ( never happened before). I informed Steven (my service advisor) of what occurred. He said he would take care of it but he will be off on Monday. To make along story short, the feedback I got on my vehicle was very little to none on Monday. Until I spoke with Steven the following day. “He told me they found the problem. Sevice technician apparently “forgot to reset the system after he was done.” It was a very scary experience, but I still rated them a Five. Steven saw I was upset about all the mistakes that happened in this service. I was pleased or hope that I was told the truth about what happened. Steve was very professional, calm and took matters into his own hands. Despite the fact that I told him I didn’t want to escalate it and I was just not going to get my car serviced there anymore. Steven spoke with his higher up and we spoke together. I felt they took responsibility for what has occurred and assure me things will be taken care of. Hopefully things like this will not happen again. After our discussion, I will still keep this dealership for my service needs. More
