Needed both my LX and RX serviced and smogged. Jayce arranged for pick up and delivery of both cars, serviced them both and had them returned in a timely fashion. Battery died at worst possible time. After getting a “jump” from a very nice man, I called Lexus of Henderson. Talked with service manager Craig Kelly. Let him know I had a severe time crunch. I had a screw impeded in my right tire. I called Tyler .he was able to get me in that same day.
