Lexus of Henderson - Service Center

I had to return my ES 2 times after they did the fuel pump recall because of the bad fuel smell inside my car, they kept my car for 3 days the first time and 5 days the second time. It’s a big inconvenie pump recall because of the bad fuel smell inside my car, they kept my car for 3 days the first time and 5 days the second time. It’s a big inconvenience even though I had loaner. Tyler the service writer was very helpful but the people in the back especially the technician didn’t do their job right. More

From the moment I dropped off my car, to the moment I picked it up, all went so smoothly. The valet, was super courteous, and Steve, my Service rep, was more then accommodating and efficient and lastly, picked it up, all went so smoothly.
