I can only speak about the service department. That department to me is a little shady.james told me that I needed a new transmission, I only had 84k miles on it,so I called corporate office ,th That department to me is a little shady.james told me that I needed a new transmission, I only had 84k miles on it,so I called corporate office ,they call the dealership and James the service person that was working with me,call me and said that the transmission was not bad ,he said that it was the computer in the transmission, so he said that he took the transmission computer from the new transmission and put it on my transmission now the car is running great.,instead of me paying 5k+,it's going to cost 3k+ big difference, that's why I say it is a little shady,so I said why didn you check computer first he said when you are having problem like what I am having lexus suggest,you replace that unit with a new one why would lexus suggest putting in a new one when all it need is a computer. i could not say anything but ok,I am retired on a fix income can't afford to buy a new car.thanks for hearing me out More
