The service technicians that replaced the wood on the LX (twice) did not do a satisfactory job. The first time the wood was damaged. The second time the plastic trim piece was damaged. It does not seem they have the proper training or instructions on how to take the dash apart for repair. I am appreciative of the repair being done but feel that it should not have required 2 repairs and now the plastic trim is damaged. More
