Lexus of Henderson - Service Center

I can't remember if it was Joe or Jim. It happened when I bought my gs350 . I got an expired smog check from the dealer. On top of that , there was an issue with my contact, I had the car my garage for 3 w bought my gs350 . I got an expired smog check from the dealer. On top of that , there was an issue with my contact, I had the car my garage for 3 weeks , and no contract. Because of it ,I could not register the car . When I went to do it and spend 5 hours at the DMV , I had an expired smog check. So I called the dealer.. and I was furious after all the xx I went thru ( never had an issue with BMW of this kind) So a guy in the sales department name Jim or Joe decided to tell me it was my fault for taking so long to try to register my car ...yes you heard right!! He said it was on me ( obviously he had no idea the contract was bad) so I lost it and went off on him , after he hear me being mad , he decided to continue to be an xxx..so I continued to be one myself. Ever since that day . I hate to deal with Lexus. Last time I went for an appointment that was set with the service department thru txt. They told me I wasn't supposed to be there,that it was in 2 days . I had to prove to them by the texts that I was right. This people have tried to make it better...but I'll never forget. This dealership deserves great people working there ,not mediocre . Bc mediocres don't by Lexus . More
