No problems with squeaking with breaking until AFTER my tire rotation and oil change. They did not perform the software update at time of service and it only got done because I brought it up based on my Le tire rotation and oil change. They did not perform the software update at time of service and it only got done because I brought it up based on my Lexus app. Had to come back a different day which was extremely inconvenient and they said they couldn’t find anything wrong with the breaks at that second visit. So my car is still making sounds with breaking because of something that was done at time of service and they “can’t find anything wrong to fix”. Pretty dissatisfied overall. More
Obviously management has tightly scheduled appointments such that wait times are unacceptable. Both waiting to drop my car off and pick it up caused me to first be late to work and at the end of the day I such that wait times are unacceptable. This was after being assured I would have plenty of time. Although I bought my car due to Lexus reputation, your service makes me wish I was back at Audi! More
