This dealerships service department process needs an overhaul. For the past 3 years I've experienced incredibly long wait times just to check my vehicle in. I'm not sure what the delay between the valet/porter and the service managers is but 30-60 minute wait just to check in is just not okay. Once they see you they're nice and apologize but I shouldn't have to sit there so long that I have to go looking for help. More
