I came in for a tire issue. The visit was just ok. The so called service advisor did not even bother to show me to my vehicle, as well as other basic interactions that were a fail. Service was excellent except that they forgot to do the maintenance needed ( they did the 3 recall items needing to be done ), so I just had to make an extra trip home & back to get the Lexus after the mai maintenance needed ( they did the 3 recall items needing to be done ), so I just had to make an extra trip home & back to get the Lexus after the maintenance was done.
