This dealerships service department process needs an overhaul. For the past 3 years I've experienced incredibly long wait times just to check my vehicle in. I'm not sure what the delay between the valet/porter and the service managers is but 30-60 minute wait just to check in is just not okay. Once they see you they're nice and apologize but I shouldn't have to sit there so long that I have to go looking for help. More

Took Lexus RX350 in for headlight adjustment and fan noise when A/C was on. Less than 5 star rating because initially I was told all systems working no adjustments needed-car ready for pickup. I expla noise when A/C was on. Less than 5 star rating because initially I was told all systems working no adjustments needed-car ready for pickup. I explained current setting of headlights dangerous on road at night and noise from fan very loud. My husband would come down to discuss problem further. That prompted further inspection on their part. Now they find filter in A/C installed incorrectly and tray missing (much less noise now). When husband arrived he asked how headlights get adjusted, tech and manager were pointing to an area and stating instruction, but when questioned further it became obvious that had not been investigated as well as it should have been either. Ultimately the problem was fixed which is why I would recommend them, but I am disappointed that the “experts” didn’t investigate further on their own without having a customer demand they do so. Remember the initial response was- everything is fine - car is ready for pick up. Am I really going to take my car in and be without it for a day if everything is fine?! Come on Lexus - you should know better! More
