Lexus of Henderson - Service Center

I’ve been coming to this Lexus dealership for a while, they always treat me right. Always happy with their service. David always takes care of me. This time around I was really amazed with their service. I had to get a fuel pump replaced due to a recall. They said my car would be ready in 4-5 days, so they gave me a loaner. But to my surprise it was actually ready the next day due to high demand volume, they sent in reinforcements to get all their cars serviced. I also needed my 25,000 mile service maintenance and was running late when I brought in my car. I only had less than a 1/4 tank left and when I went to pick up my car they had given me a full tank of gas. Either because they replaced the fuel pump, I don’t know. But it just goes to show how much I Love going to take my car in to Lexus of Henderson. They always take care of me, make sure my vehicle is running right. Never have I ever had an issue with Lexus. On another note, I had another Lexus that had a recall on their airbags and I went to take my car in for that. They are so good at alerting their customers about recalls and they make sure they fix the issue for free all the time. Very happy with owning a Lexus and going to a dealership that takes really good care of their customers. More

We originally brought our car in for an alignment. They had an idea of what the problem with our vehicle could be as they saw the maintenance history on it. We were given a courtesy vehicle for a few days, had an idea of what the problem with our vehicle could be as they saw the maintenance history on it. We were given a courtesy vehicle for a few days, which was nice and made life easier. They were correct on their previous assumption of what was wrong with our vehicle, fixed the problem and now my car feels much better on the road. Very nice and courteous. We have a much older Lexus but we have never been treated any differently than someone with a brand new one. More

Had delayed our visit a couple of weeks when dealer maintenance would have a loaner car for us. Didn't work out as a loaner was not available when we arrived for our scheduled appointment. We were sent to Enterprise which, by the way, was a great alternative. Always enjoy the Lexus of Henderson employees....efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. On way to the dealer, got a message our "key" showed low battery, which was replaced for us. Cannot remember employees' names. At least 3 worked with us. More
