When I buy a Lexus I think I also buy GREAT Customer Service that includes being treated with Luxery Customer Service. LEXUS of Henderson doesnt even measure up to the Toyota across the street. The next car I buy in Henderson will be a Toyota. I dont need to be ignored or treated like I'm in a local Pep Boys for my Lexus Service. Additionally, please let the guy walking around in the suit, who i believe was the service manager in charge that day, that wearing a mask correctly does not mean hanging it from 1 ear. And I didnt even get a car wash/rinse. In fact any time I've asked for a car wash, that has not been available that day. More

Brought my car in for its next scheduled service. I assumed the dealership would know which service I was due for. In any case they ended up doing the 25,000 miles service when in fact I needed the 20, assumed the dealership would know which service I was due for. In any case they ended up doing the 25,000 miles service when in fact I needed the 20,000 mile service. Ny dashboard alerts clearly show that I need an oil change. Again I assumed the dealership would see that and perform my oil change. After keeping my car for a day and half when I picked my car up i didn’t see anything about the oil change on my receipt. I asked my service rep and he said no we did not do it. Again my dash alerts clearly say I need an oil change. My service guy did apologize and refunded me my $55.00 charge for the 25000 service. I also asked them to look at the balance of my tires as my car shakes. I assumed they would balance my tires for free since I’m under warranty but that was not the case. They wanted to charge me $150.00 to balance my tires which I passed on. This makes me question if I will be leasing another car with Lexus in the future. All in all they kept my car for almost two days and the only thing they did was check my fluids and my floor mats. Complete waste of my time. I ended up having to take my car to Tire Works to purchase an oil change. Luckily Tire Works completed the balancing of my tires for free. More
