Great service as usual. My Lexus was in need of a service recall replacement. Mr. Stephen Diem and staff took care of my Lexus with no issues. As this replacement was longer than expected, I was given a loa recall replacement. Mr. Stephen Diem and staff took care of my Lexus with no issues. As this replacement was longer than expected, I was given a loaner vehicle for the weekend. My vehicle runs like a charm. I'll definitely bring it back to Mr. Diem for service when it is needed. I was called to schedule my recall - appt for Monday at 9:40a. Dropped off and told it would be done at end of day. About an hour later I get a call it will be end o day the next day. Customer service was pretty bad. After I checked my car in they forgot about me for 10 minutes and I had to find an employee to get my loaner. Had a recall on a part and Lexus of Henderson called me to schedule my appointment based on when the part was getting in, confirmed my appointment the day before, provided me a loaner vehicle and got my pa to schedule my appointment based on when the part was getting in, confirmed my appointment the day before, provided me a loaner vehicle and got my part fixed in a day.
