The car wash should be an uplifter after spending a good amount when receiving your car back, but I always seem to have to clean the interior more AFTER than before the “wash.” I think this could be improved seeing how customers wait longer for the car wash than opting out. More

Wonderful Service Appointment I took my Lexus into Lexus of Henderson for my next maintenance appointment expecting to wait for my car. Instead, they offered me a loaner for the da I took my Lexus into Lexus of Henderson for my next maintenance appointment expecting to wait for my car. Instead, they offered me a loaner for the day. Additionally, I left a key in the loaner when i returned and instead of mailing the key back to me, they delivered it to me. They really go above and beyond. The service appointment was done perfectly and my Lexus was in perfect shape when returned and all maintenance was performed. Thanks!! More
