They were Pleasant and accommodating but failed to perform tasks that were asked of them. We were there for a recall, I asked them to wash the car as we were heading to the Mecum auction. The people were very friendly. I did not feel high pressure sales. Only one person came out to help us which was what we wanted. I was able to do a test drive right away. Getting maintenance at the Lexus dealership is always a good experience. They are always fast, but honestly, I wouldn’t mind if they took longer.
