My lexus was in shop from March 2026 till June 2026 pickup vehicle 4 time and was out shop 24hr then tow truck back to dealership each time. The techican did not know what cause the problem with vehicl pickup vehicle 4 time and was out shop 24hr then tow truck back to dealership each time. The techican did not know what cause the problem with vehicle. Just start change parts hoping it would fix problem. Then want me to pay $3600.00 for a part that suppose to cover under warranty and this may not fix the problem. Service advisor and Service manager both state the same words they hope this will fix the problem. I Will have to take my Lexus to another Lexus dealership. My question to the service manager was what tech experience and taining give by Lexus on there vehicle. I keep getting conflicting story from what my service advisor told me first and now what service manager stated. More
