We have been Lexus of Lincoln customers for years. I’ve found all of the employees to be pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. When we picked up the car he knew we were in a but of a rush so he had everything ready and did the paperwork with my husband and had a co-worker show me around the features of the car to expedite the process. Follow up was great! We stopped at another dealership a week prior to purchasing at Lexus and the service did not compare. The salesperson lied to us on several occasions and took almost 3 hours of our time, bickering back and forth with his supervisor, it was painful. You won't deal with that at Lexus, stop here first you won't regret it!! Very happy customer, thank you Max! More
