Had a very positive experience dealing with this dealership when looking for a car. Although we did not end up buying the car they had, it was not because of the dealership. John Vigna was courteous dealership when looking for a car. Although we did not end up buying the car they had, it was not because of the dealership. John Vigna was courteous and helpful throughout the entire process. While we ended up finding a car that better fit our needs elsewhere, we had zero reservations about getting a car here. Awesome, listened to what I needed in a vehicle, not pushy. Even had car put inside the building when it was ready to pick up, my kids thought it was awesome to get to drive the car out of the actual bu pushy. I ONLY bought from this dealership because they happened to be the only one with the car I wanted at the time. This was my 5 Lexus and I had terrible service. I would NOT go back if you paid me. Car sales a to be the only one with the car I wanted at the time. This was my 5 Lexus and I had terrible service. I would NOT go back if you paid me. Car sales aren't what they used to be. The sales manager could have cared less if I was there or not. I voiced concerns to him, and he shrugged his shoulders. Their good reviews are obviously by people who haven't bought from other Lexus dealerships yet. This one is an embarrassment to Lexus. I LITERALLY had to twist their arm for a key fob cover. SMH. It was unbelievable for a Lexus dealer. More
