He went out of the way to get me set up in a loaner (wanted to try nx200 as wife is looking for new car) and Barry found us one that was nearly new. He went out of the way to make me feel special. Service advisor very friendly and personable as well as helpful. Facilities were immaculate as we have come to expect from Lexus. Car was cleaned and looking good upon picking it up. My wife and I are staying with the brand for 2 main reasons: reliability and first class service. While I occassionally look at competitor vehicles (Mercedes/BMW/Audi) I find no reason to leave. Happy with the vehicles and the way the dealership makes you feel valued. More
