I had a horrible experience at Maplewood Lexus. They actually starting stripping down my car and replacing a tire and an another part without my consent . They misread my odometer ( it was set for kilometers , not miles ). After arguing with the sales management, they did return my car without any replacements . The next day , my husband brought my car to tired plus and they said my car did not need a new tire . I felt like I was lied too and my trust is not there with Lexus Maplewood . I will never go back . More

I had a surprisingly unpleasant experience with the service provided. I brought the car in for routine maintenance, including oil change and tire rotation, while waiting at the dealership. One additi service provided. I brought the car in for routine maintenance, including oil change and tire rotation, while waiting at the dealership. One additional test to check on the water pump condition was added, and I was told it would take approximately 90 minutes. It took three hours, and I was briefly told the technician was backed up with a lot of work! In spite of the long wait, there was no sticker with a reminder of oil change, as it is usually the case, and my request of setting the side mirrors to close when locking up was forgotten. There was zero attempt to explain anything or to make me feel comfortable. The young person who took care of me was nice, but super busy, doing many things at the same time. Clearly, a management failure, and not his fault. I'll think twice before coming back here. More

We purchased the car of our dreams! The Lexus RX350 is just amazing! We have always driven a sedan and love the higher ride of the SUV!
