Did not change cabin filter or reset maintenance system or top off fluids and two valve stem caps missing . Not happy with this service . Tires were to be rotated, have no way to tell if that was done o or top off fluids and two valve stem caps missing . Not happy with this service . Started out being a great experience. Unfortunately when you have issues or don’t purchase New, you get put on the bottom of the customer service list, since they are busy selling NEW car Unfortunately when you have issues or don’t purchase New, you get put on the bottom of the customer service list, since they are busy selling NEW cars. Unbelievable someone would actually say that out loud! Just be careful if you are in the market for used. Get all items solved including title transfer before leaving dealership. More

Wish I knew the name of who answered the phone in sales. Must have been a used car salesman as he informed me no one was available as they were all busy selling to people who actually buy new cars.
