My NX350H service was completed in one hour, unlike Team Toyota of Schererville that took 2.5 hours to do an oil and filter change for my wife's Rav4. I had an appointment and they brought in cars ahead of me without an appointment. Totally unacceptable, I will never have any of my cars serviced at Team Toyota again. Just had my car serviced at Lexus of Merrillville: Had a check engine light on in my 2015 Lexus CT200h took it in to Chris and he told me “I had a misfiring plug” so service changed the plug’s and now runs check engine light on in my 2015 Lexus CT200h took it in to Chris and he told me “I had a misfiring plug” so service changed the plug’s and now runs like new! Chris told me those were the original plugs! I have 130,000 miles on that car! Great car and Great service! Always feel like family at Lexus of Merrillville! More
