We just picked up a 2020 350 F-sport from Ben Kranitz at Lexus of Milwaukee and I must say the service was second to none! They went out of there way to make sure we got the exact car we were looking for at Lexus of Milwaukee and I must say the service was second to none! I've never had a worse experience purchasing a vehicle. I was convinced to trade in my lease to a car that had some body work needing to be done. My salesman didn't return my calls after advising me to come was convinced to trade in my lease to a car that had some body work needing to be done. My salesman didn't return my calls after advising me to come back to get these items fixed; including a bumper that sticks out and rust. Come to find out he left and I had to file a complaint with the BBB to get anyone to take me seriously. They finally took my car to get it fixed and it was returned not only smelling of cigarettes, but the work was done horribly and looks worse than what it did originally. Malik advised me to get a quote from a place of my choosing to see what they say. After finding out from the body shop I trust that the work was done shotty and as cheaply as possible, they gave me a quote to get it done correctly and Malik told me he wasn't prepared to spend the money to fix it and now won't return my calls or texts nor will Jackson another manager. I now had to reach out to the Lexus brand and filed another complaint with BBB. I feel they discriminate against women and I most certainly have been feeling it. I would NEVER go to this dealership again, nor recommend it to anyone. More

Ben Kranitz did a great job in helping us sift through your used cars and getting us into a used Lexus (with-in two days I was driving our new car out of the lot).
